Pearl Unseen

Yesterday I decided to head out to Pearl District for a couple hours street shooting. I looked for unpopular spots and tried to be creative with different objects, just as they were. It's actually quite challenging; pushing you to think, and sometimes frustrating. One camera, three primes, a friend, and here they are...

Thanks for hanging out with me, Fritz! Hope you are over with the frustration :)

Alice in Wonder[Port]land

Today I visited my high school friend, Alice. She moved to P-town because her husband is relocated by Nike to its World Headquarter, having been all around Asia for tens of years. I remember her hiking overnight with 10 of us, being the only woman back then. Today, Alice is a mom of two wonderful children: Eden, 4, and Noah, 2. Brave kids; they got along with me right away! (or was it my Krispy Kreme bribe?) Anyway, it's always nice to meet up an old friend, especially that she's well :)

Baby Alma

I photographed the Robinsons' 4-month-old baby Alma last week. Even though she was still a bit hesitant with my big camera, for sure, later we will be good friends... :) I enjoyed shooting her in their beautifully-decorated home, especially because Mrs. Robinson is very kind. Here are some pictures from the short session...
